Licensed Practical Nurses care for the sick, injured and disabled under the direction of registered nurse. It is the first stair towards the career of professional nurses. Many nurses get their start in their careers as an LPN. An LPN is a foundation of smooth running healthcare system. Many people are looking to switch over to nursing as a part time but nobody wants to adopt it as a career. I'd say, Healthcare training is much important to maintain our health and it needs more attention. In this connection LPN program makes a nurse responsible.
