Licensed Practical Nurses care for the sick, injured and disabled under the direction of registered nurse. It is the first stair towards the career of professional nurses. Many nurses get their start in their careers as an LPN. An LPN is a foundation of smooth running healthcare system. Some also provide online studies making it possible for students who want night shifts. Major cause of shortage of nurses is the long duration of courses that makes it difficult for students to work anywhere else. Thus it was decide by the governments that the flexible schedule can be a benefit to LPNs. With a little bit of work you can be on your way signed up for one of the good LPN programs.

Really informative article. I'd say, Healthcare training is much important to maintain our health and it needs more attention. In this connection LPN program makes a nurse responsible.
