Director is full time employee and person must possess specialization in rehabilitation. The person must have degree of Registered Nurse. The Chief Nursing Officer will have the responsibility of checking patient care programs, policies and procedures as well. The New Director must possess Masters in Health related field. In the past, the candidate must have Nursing Management experience.

The person who will be the director has to take the responsibility for a quality management program and will also work with hospital administration, departments as well as medical staff monitor. On the whole he must be leader, lover of work and laborious life.
