Taking care of mentally challenged person is a much challenged job. Such people need extra understanding and care thus the faculties and nurses should also sensitive, understanding and caring. To encounter mental problems is not that easy, there are various degrees of mental cases that need attention.

A mental nurse’s job is very important. The number of mental patients is growing rapidly. This means the need of nurses who can provide mental care is also increasing. Mental nurses should be enthusiastic and aware of the challenges that she will be facing. Most of the mental hospitals require dedicated, qualified and experienced nurses as they know that dealing with mental cases is not that easy.
