Connecticut’s high nursing home costs are reaching the sky limit. There are basically two reasons due to which they are facing so many problems. Nursing homes in Connecticut are under-reimbursed. Many health care providers rely on federal and state funds than on private payers. However the reimbursement is not always 100 percent thus resulting to the difference.

Most important factor is the expensive business and healthcare provisions across the board of Connecticut. The worker’s compensation and health insurance is very high in comparison to other states. Even the hospital and physician rates in Connecticut are also among the nations highest. However one should blame these factors as healthcare is the most important factor in the world.
