The President and Chief Executive Officer, Lester Heyboer Jr., during his interview declared that there must be routine check up of outside complaints as well as those outside patients who fall in injuries. They also investigated about 50 allegations. The States complaints review team spent four days at the hospital.
Heyboer told that hospital staff will file a follow-up plan to check their patients. The administration tried to remove the past complaints known by different surveys. The state ruled in their favor but if we check between the families we come to know about different problems faced by them. They are unable to get facilities provided by the hospitals.
