Shortage of nurses is a major problem in US, especially when it comes to rural areas. All the rural communities still need efficient nurses to provide better healthcare. Colleges that provide nursing programs are paying more emphasis towards rural training. All the RN and LPN programs program have a part of rural training. The MSCTC runs RN and LPN programs which state licensed and never change. Their goal is now to get Chinese students enrolled in the numerous programs by fall 2009. Some MSCTC staff and Fergus Falls residents are going together to China in November to discuss Chinese enrollment in college programs. They will visit all the Chinese colleges and universities. This way they will come to know more about the education system in the country. New Zealand students have welcomed the allowance policy by 2012. Health Minister David Parirenyatwa announced that drug supplies at Zimbabwe’s public hospitals have increased by 70 percent in the past few months.
